Description of cooperation in a few steps:

- We accept the device for service - in person or by courier,
- we provide a repair estimate and we present costs for approval customer,
- After approval, we perform the repair.

Additional information:
- pricing, in the case of implementation of the repair costs nothing, is included in the price of the final service
- If the device is not eligible for repair - if we can not repair it - the total cost of the service is 0 PLN, we send back at our expense in this case.
- when quoting i lack of its acceptance, excessive repair costs, the cost of the service of checking and valuing the repair of the device is PLN 100 net. This cost includes return shipping of the appraised device.
- lead time repairs are 1-4 days or longer depending on the availability of parts,- shipping cost is 24 PLN net (domestic shipment up to 30 kg, insurance),
- We issue VAT invoices (also VAT EU) for the services performed,
- For each of our services we provide a min. 3 months warranty,
In the case of, stationary machines, large, heavy equipment, where shipping will not be possible, we also offer access and service at the customer's site. In such a case, please contact us - we will set the date and terms of cooperation individually. Arrival possible throughout the country.
